Trademark & Brand Use
"Agent-Fabric", "Falcon Eyes", the falcon-eye logo, and related marks are trademarks of Falcon Eyes Inc. These guidelines explain how you may — and may not — use them.
The short version
- You may use our marks to truthfully refer to Agent-Fabric and its compatibility (e.g. "works with Agent-Fabric").
- You may not use them in a way that implies endorsement, partnership or affiliation without our written permission.
- Don't modify the logo, and don't use our marks in your product name, logo, domain or company name.
Permitted use
- Referential ("nominative") use to accurately describe interoperability or commentary, in plain text, without implying sponsorship.
- Use of the unaltered logo to link to our official site or docs, with adequate clear space and no suggestion of endorsement.
Not permitted (without written permission)
- Using our marks in your product, service, app, company or domain name.
- Altering, recoloring, distorting, or animating the logo, or combining it with other marks.
- Using the marks on merchandise, or in a way that is misleading, disparaging, or implies official status.
- Registering our marks (or confusingly similar ones) as trademarks, domains, or social handles.
Logo basics
Use the official artwork as provided, keep clear space around it, don't place it on busy or low-contrast backgrounds, and don't recreate it. For logo files or approval of a specific use, contact us.
Open-source note
Any open-source license covering our software grants rights to the code — it does not grant rights to our trademarks. Brand use remains governed by this policy.
